Letter from the director of Creative Music Works

January 23, 2011

Dear supporter,

As we begin a new year, Creative Music Works begins a new concert season for 2011. As the new president of Creative Music Works, I am very excited with the upcoming concert roster while feeling equally humbled by the magnitude of our past successes. Creative Music Works has provided an essential creative and steadfast conduit to the local and national arts culture for over 20 years, providing hundreds of concert and education opportunities in that time.

We have a vibrant and capable new board of directors taking us into the new season, and we have a number of wonderful artists with which we are negotiating at this time for inclusion in the upcoming year of performances.

Going in to this spring, we are continuing in the massive footprints left by founder Alex Lemski and the others who willingly and unselfishly followed in his wake. Our intention is to continue in that great tradition and to evolve the organization into a new century. With your support of attendance, I feel confident in the future success of Creative Music Works.

Sincerely,

Farrell Lowe
President, Creative Music Works
